It seems unanimous, Vanes is not ready for a guy like Quintana yet.

Then again Quintana really needs to get into the ring if he is to stay as a legit contender. Ha has been out for to long.

Ill go out on a limb and say Martirosyan will win this one, and do so decisively. He was overlooking Ouma and was prepared for what he was up again. Against Quintana its going to be a different story.

Quintana would school this clown, I'd much rather see Vanes-Angulo for an all out brawl instead.

couldnt agree with you more on everything you said. Every prospect goes through what Vanes went through that night vs Ouma, the first real test, a huge step up against a proven opponent. that first real fight always is a very difficult one but those that survive and win go on to bigger and better things. Noone in the martirosyan camp expected Ouma to be so good given his recent outings and I dont think proper training time was given for the time. Vanes didnt look past Ouma but he only had 26 days from his previous bout to take him on. only 3 weeks of time to prepare is not enough time to prepare for such a cagey veteran especially given that VAnes was battling stomach flu a week before the fight. Now with Quintana, if in fact ithat fight does take place, vanes will have ample time to train properly and Freddie being done with his court case will devote 100% of his time to Vanes along with manny and amir.
Quintana is a strong opponent but its the right opponent for Vanes right now. Vanes will ko or win UD.

I like vanes youth could be the difference here... quintana needs to be more active...ring rust will show up no matter how much u train... and vane is fighting very often hes healthy, active and bussy.....

ima go on a limbo......ROOT ALL THE WAY FOR QUINTANA... but I think vane takes this one.!!!
