I read an interview where it said mosley would make the most in his career. Mayweather feels he should only get what Delahoya gave him. Floyd has everything to lose and nothing to gain. This fight won't happen unless they change the split. Floyd will sit out the year and wait for Pacquiao. Mark my words. Floyd is the cash cow now, and even HBO and Delahoya, Shaefer said so. He won't settle for nothing less than a flat fee.
Really... is this the first conclusion you came up with? Money issue? that reasoning is laughable

Cuz should the fight not happen, most will think of Mayweather's 0 as the reason.

Because how do you go from fighting Antonio Margarito who just won his biggest fight on HBO PPV, and only making a few mill, to fighting for 15 - 20 Mill. It doesn't happen like that.

Mosley was about to fight Berto on regular HBO, not even PPV. This is after Mosley just won a huge fight against Margarito in his hometown.

Now all of a sudden hes worth 15 mill on PPV? Marquez got like 4 mill I think to fight Mayweather? And he was considered the face of Mexican Boxing.

the difference is that great fighters make great fights. pbf's buisness like approach to fights and his cherry picking is costing the sport
please, explain to me then, why shane is sitting out for over a year, when paul williams has challenged his ass about 3X...

not unless pac is willing to submit to them damn tests.

Floyd is probrably making up more demands.. he finds it too disturbing that shane agreed to all so readily I think he demands himself out of tough fights on purpose

No you will think that. Floyd is a fighter. Thats what he does. No need to be scared to lose his 0. He would have stayed retired. Why come back even if you need money and risk the 0 if that is what your trying to protect?

Cotto just made 12 million fighting Pacquiao. Thats with 1.2 ppv. Mayweather vs Mosley is projected to sale 2 million according to Schaefer. That will net Mosley 15-20 million

                      FIGHTER!?

                      lolll

                      Joking aside....

Floyd doesn't exactly have the exciting go all-out-war style that many casual fans like. I would guess that a small percentage of his ppv numbers are there to see him lose. the whole mythical 0 is a money maker, one which he can't afford to lose.

On the flip side, I hope he losses, so atleast he's off that 0 and on to fighting the fight fans want to see.
