PAC only belong at welter because he can compete there, that's doesn't mean he is a welter. If you tell Cotto, Mosley, and Margarito to go lightweight or jr. Welter they will tell you that you're crazy. If they line PAC up for a fight at lightweight with JMM for 25mills Pac can still make the weight.
