Manny is only testing himself at welterweight, he shouldn't even be fighting these guys. What makes him great is he is beating them too. He can get a pass for whoever he chose not to fight at welter. Manny fighting Dela Hoya, Cotto and possibly Clottey at welter is already bending it to much.
