I don't believe this "so called newsflash" that Ruiz is out of retirement. I checked on Espn.com and I didn't see anything. Which reputable news source is reporting this news?

My bad, I just looked at the news stories on this website(I trust boxingscene.com) and read the news. I posted a reply on a thread no one week ago about how Ruiz would come out of retirement once he runs outa money...I guess he did!

I don't think Ruiz will get a title shot for his next fight. I think a rematch with Tua would be his best bet in terms of money and redemption.

John Ruiz had tremendous determination- you have to admire him for that. He makes the most of his limited ability and has become a 2 time HW world champ. It is a pity that Tyson could not have made the most of his ability. Ruiz is a good honest hard working man who always puts everything he has into his fights. He deserves to be the champ, a lot more than a number of other fighters out there who are not giving 100%. Later brother brologs.
