I'm the biggest Roy apologist on the planet. I love the guy but we can't be in denial anymore, it's over. I mean the Danny Green fight was icing on the cake, he showed nothing and looked disinterested which if that is the case, he shouldn't be fighting anymore.

I wish that Roy Jones would have to fight someone like Tavoris Cloud so everybody can see how undeserving he is of a big fight right now. Think of how many people he ripped off when it looked like he purposely went down from a grazing punch. He basically threw the third fight with Taver and said he didn't try to win because he didn't want his dad to get credit for it. This guy has no heart. I said it. He just goes in there for the paycheck looking to not get hurt. Hopkins could've fought Dawson, Cloud, Bute, Adamek, Cunningham, Chambers, or Toney and those all would've been better fights than this. I'm done being a fan of Bernard Hopkins. I can't take it anymore.

If he had no heart he wouldn't have finished the fight against Calzaghe. He fought half the fight with severly compromised vision on one eye. He could have had it stopped on behalf of the cut if he wanted to but he kept fighting. Roy is in no need of money, he is set. He does not fight on for money, he fights for love of the game and the belief he can still do it.

Hard to fault Bernard for wanting revenge. I can see it being personal for Jones, as well. In any case, they both will likely want to go for it. That's enough for this guy.
