Fighters are going to do whatever they can to get a fight with Pacquiao or Mayweather because they want the biggest payday of their life.

that's true, but cotto wasnt always about the money. i believe he fights anybody thats put in front of him more for legacy then money. IT WAS fair enough for team pacquiao to ask him to come down coz pacquiao was coming up.

Just because they agree on something doesn't mean it's fair. Making Oscar come down to 147 when he's fighting at 154 and his last fight at 147 was 7+ years ago fair?

It was Shane who desperately offered to fight at 140 for that big fat payday.

Besides, he wanted to beat Cotto in the negotiations.

Most of the enemies of *******s have started this appreciation scheme that ask "pac fans" to give credit to Floyd for getting in the ring with Mosley. Pbf is an elite WW and meeting Mosley another elite WW. What is there to give credit for? Floyd should be doing this in the first place. I can understand giving credit to Jmm for getting in the ring with Pbf. In my opinion, we wait until Pbf beats Shane until we ask for credit.

Most of the pac fans including yours truly are very happy that this fight is almost a done deal. So please stop it. You do realize that you are merely giving "*******s" additional validation by indirectly saying that "Pbf has been ducking elite WW's so give him props now for taking Shane on".

Yo busy you need to understand my man do you give credit to the pizz man for cutting you a slice? nah you pay him and take the slice right? do you give credit for the bus driver opening the door nah you pay your fair and slide on through. Floyd is top 3 P4P and he campaigns at 147 he is supposed to fight other elite fighters. He don't get credit for doing what he is supposed to do. By that I mean get in the ring with another elite P4P top 3 figher. This is what makes boxing great and only great fighters like Mayweather can help make boxing great again. This how it is supposed to be not what we have been getting from him. So to give him credit cause he simply did what he was supposed to do is dumb. He needs to do this on the reg to bring back boxing. No more LW's Fraud please leave the Matt Hatton's and Nate Campbell's alone. Fight Mosley if you win go after Pacquiao and Berto.
