Looking back on the DLH-PBF fight...[Who Won?]

im not a new boxing fan. been a boxing fan my entire life. the first time I watched FLoyd was against Corrales. been a fan of him before but when he fought Gatti, he became a a**hole.

Yeah, he was an ass but he was cool afterwards, lol. He's like that against everyone but he gives them respect aftewards. He says alot of hateful, disrespectful **** but you know what? The **** works. You can tell it really affects the opponents and its like he won the fight before he even started. The good thing about the Mosley fight is that Shane is like the only fighter Ive seen that gets under Floyd's skin. Floyd is usually the master at that but you can tell Shane makes him mad with the slick way he says thing. Thats why 24/7 will be great. Shane is a guy who is usually cool but there is 1 thing that always sets Shane off and its the roid talk. Once Floyd pulls that card then its over. Shane will make Floyd mad and Floyd will hammer away at that **** all day until Shane wants to murder him. I wouldnt be shocked if they got pushing & swinging at a presser or at the weigh-in

You think thats bad? That aint ****. Wait until the Mosley & Pac fights. Floyd has to dominate or he will be in trouble. Shane doesnt have the biggest fan base in the world but alot of people hate Floyd. Then you have all the writers who hate him and are picking against him. When stuff like that goes on, you watch fights from a biased angle. Now imagine someone with Shane's speed & power. His punches by themselves look good & crazy. He's going to swing alot of **** that looks fast & powerful but Floyd will be picking that **** off with ease. Still the crowd will go insane like he's really doing something and times that by 10 when the Pac fight comes.

If you think about the sport right now, no one else has to face that in every fight. Its like he's giving away 2-3 rounds before the fight starts. Even back in the day cats were doing that. Ever since the Chico fight. People were use to seeing Floyd get it so when someone lands anything, everyone goes crazy. I was watching Floyd-Chavez the other day and everyone still talks about how close that fight was and how Chavez gave him hell. Lederman even scored it close but if anyone watches that fight now, I bet they say that Floyd dominated and it was a masterful performance. He just gets judged differently and no one is allowed to land at all on him. The **** he was doing on the ropes and on the inside during that fight was crazy

i dont know about FLoyd should dominate to win. I think judges would even give him the benefit because of his undefeated record. I think it's floyd's opponents that need to dominate for them to get the W

It's not that I dont like trash talking. I just feel that floyd is just being hypocrite. He was not like that before. Also, he trashes his opponents then come fight night, he runs and pot shot. If he only destroys his opponents then I would respect him. Going back to the topic. I still say that fight was close.
