if you think JMM will win at 147 i dont know what to tell you. i think he did get in Pac ass but Pac is so much better now. Pac has grown as a fighter, where as i think JMM is still the same fighter. I think Pac would have an easier time with him now, not to say JMM can't compete with him.

jmm beat pacs ass,but jmm isnt a welterweight like pac is now, pac is a solid true welter, that doesnt mean jmm is or can compete at that weight, he cant hes too small ,

JMM needs to first test 140 to see if he can win at Jr WW. He can probably fight around 138 and be competitive in that weight class (136-140). Above 140/WW will be difficult as evidenced by the Mayweather fight in which he lacked the quickness necessary to counter effectively. At the same time, the fact that he fought Mayweather had a lot to do with him appearing to lack quickness. Nontheless, at his age when boxers typically lose some speed it will be extremely hard to move up to 140 + and retain quickness.

I say great fighters rise to the occasion. I think you take PBF's greatness for granted but in a super fight with a man his size and Shane sure aint knocking PBF out. I dont see this fight being as tough as people think its gonna be and if Shane presses the action too much he will get hit hard at some point. Shane is not gonna out point PBF and I dont think he's gonna try.

C'mon Martinez is a way more complete fighter now than he was when he first fought Margarito, which is a fight I have. I'd bet the house now that Martinez beats Margarito fairly easily the second time around.

I dont see the growth unless your talking about growth hormones :-) Pac has fought fighters that come straight at you and try to knock you out whereas Marquez is a more technically sound fighter. All we've seen is Pac overpowering bigger men I havent seen any improvement but strength and chin.

I thnk those battles with JMM is one reason that Pac moved up to lightweight, to avoid a trilogy. Think about it you drop a guy three times early in a fight only to have him take you to the brink and you escape with a draw. That has to be a bittersweet win. You rematch the same guy years later when you are supposedly so much improved as a fighter only to squeek out a 1 point decision because of a flash knockdown. After all of that this same fighter is still calling you out for a third fight, all the while following you up the scales. Remember JMM only called out Mayweather after he realized he was not going to get another shot at Pac. Lastly, people criticize Floyd for fighting JMM, but remember he was coming out of retirement and his longest layoff ever. And he didn't just beat him ,he blew him out.

i dont take PBF for granted by any means. i actually think he is the best fighter today. but to say there is no chance of Shane, who is a great fighter himself, beating him is absurd. you ever hear of Buster Douglas v Tyson. 42-1 underdog. anything can happen.

His footwork has gotten better and that makes it difficult for anyone to prepare for him, coupled with his speed/power and ability to punch from angles which most fighters aren't able to do, makes him difficult to prepare for.

if you dont see how much better Pac fights now than you dont know your boxing. Pac has all the tools now, where before he just had a right jab and left cross/hook.
