Cotto is out of the way. Berto is out of the way (He is not better than Clottey either). That leaves mosley, pacquiao, clottey and mayweather.

Personally, I'd favour Mayweather over him. Mosley, I'm not so sure. I'd have to see him against a mobile fighter before deciding, you can't really judge how he'd do against someone who shows him a lot of lateral movement off his last few fights against Mayorga and Margarito.
