multi-million pay day? the law suit is only for 75,000! thats not enough to worry anybody!(except me) you file a defamation claim vs; pbf, roger, floyd sr, dlh and gb promotions, and mayweather promotions. and you ask for 75k? how serious is this guy. i would have asked for 75mil. this case is weak. to prove defamation. you have to show the person you are sueing knew he was lying. and thats the kicker. if the person really thought pac was using peds he is not guilty of defamation. its a really hard case to prove. the lawyers will cost more than the suit
I already read that the 75k is only the minimum required to file that suit. The actual trial, defamation suit, and the cancellation of Golden Boy`s 5% interest in Pacquiao as a client will reach multi-millions of dollars, Bob Arum said so himself.
