      Present tense.
You sure? I remember it like this.

      loss (noun)
lose (verb - present or future tense)
      lost (verb - past tense)

Exactly, but in this case you used "win" as a noun.
So you use loss as a noun.

          For example.

Another win for Manny, another loss for Mayweather.

Another victory for Manny, another failure for Mayweather.

Everything in bold is a noun.

Using win in that particular phrase, is a noun because you're using it in a way of being a competitor, a stance, or being successful at something. So you use loss, a noun.

Winning in a case like this isnt even as simple as a guilty or not guilty because it's a civil suit. just likelyhood on whether or not they intended to harm pacquiao's image. It will depend on when the cutoff date for evidence allowed will be.

Like i said. It's an open and shut case against Roger Mayweather. They dont have a thing on Floyd Sr or Richard Schaeffer. Floyd jr and delahoya are likely to have to cough up dough but they do have a fighting chance.
