He did the same thing for Oscar and Manny. He didn't open his mouth during negotiations but when the fight got signed or was close, he let loose.

As much of an ******* as Floyd can be, you gotta admit he does make some valid points on this one. He blatantly ducked Margarito when he fought Baldomir. He blatantly ducked Cotto when he "retired". But in this case I honestly don't think he ducked Manny at all, especially being that he agreed to the $1 million per pound penalty of each overweight pound. Also he agreed to fight Shane Mosley, and that's gonna be an even harder fight for Floyd than Manny would have been.....just WATCH!
