When Mosley loses to Floyd, will the 15 month layoff be a good excuse?

The fact is Mayweather is fighting a senior citizen version of Mosley and not the prime Mosley of 2 years ago.
The same "senior citizen" who Roach didn't want for Pacquiao at any weight over 143? But agreed to 145 and 147 for Delahoya? Oh ok.

NO EXCUSES. What the heck, the better man wins on May 1st. This is the problem with too many people, they try to find an excuse for EVERYTHING other than that one guy........beat up the other guy more than the other guy beat him up, END OF STORY.

i think all of that are very legit and true. mosley has 15months layoff, 38 years old and past his prime and that makes this fight so intruiging.

if mosley was in his prime this fight is a mismatch but with mosley on a slide and old this will make a fight so competetive. i have no idea on who's gonna win between the two.

No it won't. Whoever wins is the #1 WW in boxing. Neither guy can cover their ass with any bull**** excuses.

Idiots and haters will have some excuse. Who cares. They are not fans of boxing.

The last time we saw Shane Mosley in the ring he looked AS GOOD, if not BETTER than he ever has.

I had bets on Berto over Mosley too this has nothing to do with Floyd. I think this is still the best fight Floyd could have taken, but I give Mosley 2rds maybe 3.
                      Mosley was a 4-1 underdog.
