If Shane starts out brawling he will get picked apart. But if he box he has a better chance but I still think he will get out-boxed by the better boxer.

Paradoxically, that seems his only option to win the fight with a guy like Floyd. Strong offense is the best defense as they always say and in this case. Beat PB in his own game, go along with his music until he's pressured to change it. If he can do that, it's even possible he could KO Floyd. Otherwise, I really don't see Mosley winning in a defensive stance. There's no way he could win by UD, anyway. Go for it like it's his last fight.

Floyd -- UD 9-3

I'm not yet convinced of Shane's resurgence. Base on the Marg fight, he could get off much quicker because the handspeed difference is big. The clinching was a perfect gameplan made by Naz. We did know ssm looked ordinary in the Mayorga fight. If he had fought Berto, it would have been a better guage for this fight. And i really don't know much about Naz at this point, did he in the past able to create a good gameplan for a boxer? The other fight I saw him do good was in a bhop-pav fight and pav is not a boxer.

Floyd will potshot his way to a victory in this one. He would not exchange with Ssm. Shane has always problem with lateral movement, I think this would be exploited by floyd to the max.

I can also see Shane winning. But it is entirely base on Naz, if he can get Shane off to a good gameplan and make sure he understand that he cannot rely on shear athleticism. The right hand would be a key. Again as with Marg-Smm, I did not see Pbf-Jmm as basis that the Pbf of old is back. Jmm caught him with a right, Pbf smiled, but I think it bothered him mentally because that was a very clean punch. Insert that with a Mosley right and Shane could very well get him out of there. Pressure with timing is the key. I hope Shane could pull it off. I'm rooting for him but my head is still with Floyd to win this.

Floyd by decision, I think he outboxes Shane... he will move around the ring all night and make angels for Mosley, Mosley will find him very hard to hit and hard to keep up with. It will be closer than some will make out, but I think Floyd still gets a UD.

I truly believe Mosley is gonna win also!!I believe Shane is hungrier than floyd is!!I also think that Mosley will apply more pressure than floyd has ever seen!!Mosley is bigger,stronger & fleet on his feet!!Mosley fought Margarito the way he did because that was the gameplan!!Mosley knows floyd is a counter puncher who fights backing up!!His counters aren't gonna bother Mosley,floyd doesn't posses a strong jab!!Mosley is gonna shorten up his shots,apply pressure,beat on floyd's lead shoulder until it's sore,all the while attacking the body & ruffing him up!!Every fighter gets hit,in this case Mosley has the tools to hit floyd,he's gonna hit him hard,all night,Shane doesn't tire,floyd will fold under the Mosley assault!!

I think that Mosley being hungrier is a good point, one that many people are not commenting on. Floyd is in it for the money and Mosley is in it for the pride and reputation. I think under given circumstances and on paper, Floyd wins a rather close decision. However, I would like Mosley to win it to kill the Mayweather aura once and for all. I think this fight is closer than what most people are thinking, I'd say more like a 60-40 in favor of Mayweather not 90-10. As much as the weaker JMM was able to hit Mayweather, I give Mosley a good shot, with his power one shot is all it will take to drop or stun Floyd enough to beat him.
