The only top WW that will add to Mayweather's legacy after Mosley is Pacquiao. Cotto, Margarito, and Clottey (soon) will have all tasted horrible losses... This division has beaten itself up and until the current 140 pounders move up, the ww division won't be what it used to be.

Your dumbass needs to know boxings PED testing procedures have been exposed as a joke by every reputable expert in that field........no person can argue that boxings testing measures are draconian and ineffectual....the stakeholders have no interest in keeping our sport clean......

The random blood testing is simply a contract term that has nothing to do with the commission...it was asked for very early in negotiaions.....just like the 10mil per pound, purse split and weight limit has nothing to do with the NSAC...it's all decided by both parties....

Bottom line is Pac rejected a 14 day cut off......even though he has publicly stated along with Roach that having blood drawn only effects him for a few days....a load of **** in itself......
