I doubt Paul Williams can make 147 anymore. Even if he could,lil floyd would never get in the ring with him. Williams is a matchup nightmare for lil floyd. Dont bring up Quintana,Williams destroyed him in 1 round in the rematch. *****s are delusional. Why wasnt he coming after all the top welters 3-4 yrs ago??? If he beats Mosely it'll be close.
