Floyd did start his boxing career at 106 pounds. Floyd won the National Golden Gloves Championship at 106 lbs. in 1993. He was 84-6 as an amateur. He won the bronze in Atlanta in 1996 at 125 lbs.

Floyd is nearly 33, but he will give Mosley a boxing clinic on may 1st. Floyd is too fast and too skillfull for Shane. I cant wait until after the fight and really prove a point to the 'pachuggers' on this forum.

WOW... I just googled him because I thought I was too young to know him... I became a fan at 1990... they were still loosers but something draw me to them... but Buniol??? WOW... I'm shocked that he was the kicker of our SuperBowl winning team... I mean I could tell you a lot of guys that I still remember.. troplets of course... Maryland... Haley... Washington... Brown... Sanders... Norton... Williams OL... Novacek... Moose... but Buniol I really missed him *loooooooooooooooooooooool* DAMN, how could this have happened
such a good ****ing team. novacek was always my favorite outside the triplets, guy had hands made of glue. unsung hero type guy.

i only remember boniol because the game against green bay, when both teams were still really good, and dallas beat them with seven field goals. i think boniol set the record for most in one game that day.

remember that kicker we had that was an elementary PE teacher or some ****, ended up making it through trails. bazaar.

Yeah, that was one hell of a football team... f*** the guy who invented the Salary cup must have been a Cowboys hater *loooooooooooooooool*

I just read he helds the record for 7... damn... that I really missed him... I'm German and mostly saw only best of's of the game... SuperBowl was shown live here and a game or two every week... so probably this explains it... I now have espnamerica... so I finally can watch a lot of football... even if I have to work next day... for the Boys I always stay up late night... even though sometimes I'm so f***** because of them... but a fan stays true *loooooooooooooooooooooooool*

Let's hope for next year... Spender came along nicely, as well as Jenkins... a solid draft this year ( I heard we got 1st and 2nd rounds *joooooooooooy*) probably Marshall in FA (that would be the bomb... Austin is a great number 2 but in prime situations a Marshall would be too great)... they played good last year... we will see... I'm confident... Romo has matured... we will see

          Go Boooooooooooooooooooys

And yea, Floyd is looked at as one of the best 130lb fighters of all time, but that was also quite a long time ago. Floyd's been a WW since 2004...we're in 2010 now
slap yourself for this statement..another new fan I see..
he fought Gatti in 2005..was he a WW then...wait for it...NO
his first WW fight was at the end of 2005/early 2006 circa..and he retired at the end of 2007..so in all actuality he was only active in welter for 2 years when he retired..he just came back in September..lets see what he does this year first..his best win was probably Corrales, but that wasnt his last real challenge..he just makes it look that easy..

33 isn't that old for most of the elite fighters but you gotta believe he is closer to the end of his prime than anything else. He can still be one of the best fighters for another couple years though. Mosley and BHOP are different athletes that have found the fountain of youth.

a man, this just gets redundant explaining this to these haterz. U beat the top 2 ranked fighters at WW and u ain't fought nobody at WW....just baffling!
