tyson was great but he wasn't invincible.

tua could beat him and even if he does beat tua , it wouldn't be easy.
Show me a fight where Tua shows half the speed, combinations, two hand punching power, and evasiveness of Tyson, and I'll agree.

I have 30+ Tyson fights showing why he's the baddest man on the planet.

Tua is known purely for his left hook. And do you know why? Because it's all he had. He's not on Tyson's level, get over it.

That's why Tyson is ranked #14 on the top 50 heavyweights of all time, and Tua didn't make the list.

Why does this make you so angry?

do you even know how tyson fights?

      that's not slugging it out.

tyson uses head movement and boxing skills to come forward.

most of his ko's are when he was coming in. tyson wasn't at his best on the outside nor was he particularly great on the inside.

what tyson was great at was in the middle area , coming in.

like i said , punching power doesn't mean you're a slugger. ko's doesn't mean you were slugging it out.

      don't believe me?

go ask someone whose opinion on boxing you respect.

tyson was not a slugger. he was a very offensive boxer puncher but he was no slugger even though he can at times slug.
“Middle area” huh? So let me ask you this, after he closed the distance of this “middle area” where did he end up? Don’t answer I’ll do it for you, the INSIDE…

Sharp punches to the body combined with uppercuts is where’s he set up the KO to close the show, therefore inside fighting was (through closing the distance) in many ways could be argued his forte.

Tyson also connected before his opponents got off their shots, Tua through looping left hooks you don’t think Tyson would connect first before Tua landed? Come on man just watch Tua’s style and you’ll get my point….

Not only that but if you remember when Tyson used his peek a boo style like an art, he would duck the wild left hook, and come up with a left hook packing easily as much power as Tua's, if not more.

Tua would throw that hook so wildly that he would lose his footing a lot when he didn't connect.

did i ever say tua is a better fighter?

did i ever say tua will be ranked higher?

did i ever say tua has better skills?

tyson is the greater fighter. tyson is the better fighter.

that doesn't mean tyson will win. certainly not "early ko" or "easily"

tua is stronger. tua is tougher. tua has a better chin.

          sometimes that's enough.

That’s why Tua’s left hook was utterly useless against Lewis, because Lewis had a whole week to see that punch coming. Good observation….

yeah and most of the time when he got inside , he was more than happy to let the other guy clinch so they can restart it again.

tyson is a great fighter but you guys give him too much credit.

tua head to head , prime for prime either ko's tyson or makes him quit.

Well your poll speaks for itself. I wouldn't be surprised if you have 5 accounts on this forum outside of the one you're using here and voting for Tua.

In all honestly, Tua in his prime reminds me of Tyson when he was washed up and not serious. A great fighter, but not on prime Tyson's level.

I think you underestimate Tyson's incredible ability. Nobody likes Tyson for his attitude. They love him for what he did in the ring. Just get over it man.

That’s fine differences in opinions is what makes these debates interesting, I still got Tua tasting canvas in round 5.

lol. very slim but the scenario would be Tyson dominating. Tua can probably take Mike shots ( idk). But if Tua was the one dominating, I can't see Tyson taking it to a full 12.

yeah because the winner of the poll means something.

like i said people get hung up on the bigger name.

people always votes the bigger named fighter.

i don't underestimate tyson. i was a big tyson fan.

i just know tyson is not invincible.
