Stallone has a point to a degree. Mayweather certainly IS a great fighter. But, he's closer to a coward than a warrior. There's no honor in slugging it out when you could outbox the guy instead. But, truly great fighters have something inside of them, that Mayweather simply doesn't have. A killer instinct and the desire to fight the best competition available.
