I believe that being the recognized welterweight champion makes you deserving of a fair share of any money generated.

he's a good dance parter as they say. Plus he is considered by most the true welterweight champ right now.

70-30 is fair in my view. Mayweather would be generating the majority of the money paid for this fight. He should be entitled to at least 70% of that money.

He is a bit of a draw, I think 35/40% is fair.

I think hes a name. A popular boxer. But when you go the numnbers thy dont lie.

His last sucessful PPV was Cotto-Mosley 2 years ago and that was in MSG and a PRO Cotto crowd.

Naw. I can guarantee this. If Shane asks for 40% The fight wont happen.

When was his last sucessful PPV? When he was the one people came to see?

Mosley brings a good name and he put Mayweather in a great position if the fight happens now so he deserve whatever he gets, I dont get the notion of why Mayweather alway say things "He made $2 million in his last fight and now he wants 8 million"...
