Clottey will not be a tough fight-it is an easy fight.EASY fight. You are correct-Clottey is NOT a walk in the park-because you can break a sweat with walking-this will be an easy fight.
with your logic anyone that loses is past prime. look at everyone pac has fought he has dominated all of them except for marquez, does that make them all bums and past prime.its still an accomplishment that he can move from featherweight and dominate.

What fight were you watching???? Cotto looked decent in round 1-after that he had gotten knocked down a few times. I thought he was more effective boxing than fighting, but still not winning when he was!
C'mon-don't use Paulie "feather-duster fists" Malignaggi as someone who equates to a prime Hatton.Hatton's era ended after he got ktfo against Floyd- Hatton looked like a turd in the fight after that against an older Lazcano!

i disagree with you i think they were prime. pacs always given the worst beatings of fighters careers but it does not equate them being past prime. look at the career worst beatings by pac. barrera, morales, hatton, oscar, cotto. just give credit to pac style, they were not all past prime. he moved up 2-3 weights which made them even more impressive.

How the hell is Manny going to fight Williams, Margarito (both over 6 foot tall)etc-if he won't fight Yuri Foreman (half an inch taller than Oscar at 5 foot 11) because of his height???????? Come on man, start making sense.

It is no so much that Clottey lost, its that he lost to a guy that Manny just dominated. What is there to prove fighting Clottey? Why settle for a fight against a B level welterweight?
