Now I don't get this your saying that a fight with Shane is not a big fight ?!?!?

I'm not saying that I'm saying it's not the MOST biggest fight for him, it's big but it doesn't compliment the hard road. the money doesn't add up at the upper tier level when he could fight Manny for 5 times more, Shane doesn't produce BIG numbers we know this already..

Shane was challenging all possible fighters in Welterweight. Manny, Floyd, Berto, rematch with Cotto, rematch with Margarito, even P-Will. How about Floyd? He calls out Manny alright and then goes on to say, easy fight, easy win, easy whatever but is so worried about a 'drug issue' brought about by his father? If he saw Manny battle DLH, Hatton and Cotto and was very confident that he was going to win, the drug issue shouldn't have been a big issue. Because it implies that even if he believes that Manny is juiced, Manny is an easy opponent. Floyd is in the spotlight. Floyd ducks again.

he didn't duck him though he said he would fight under those terms, that isn't ducking when he's also willing to take the same tests..

Mosley can try to fight whoever the bottom line is TWICE in the past he said no to Floyd and now Floyd is rightfully doing the same thing

Idiot he's not fighting because Berto had to pull out due to the tragedy in Haiti, not because he didn't want the fight, and who could he have fought on two weeks notice of any merit? At least he had the balls to step up and take a risky fight against a young talented guy in his prime in Berto. Something you won't see Floyd do. He would never fight a young dangerous Berto. Also, he may have tried for a Clottey fight but why would Clottey take a fight with Shane when he has the oppurtunity to take the bigger fight in Pacquiao for more money and more recognititon. The difference is the Clottey's,Pacquiao's,Margarito's,Mosley's and Cotto's of the world are all stepping up and fighting each other something Floyd has yet to do, and until he does he will take more and more heat for it, and deservedly so. Don't even bring that he tried to fight Pac because it is looking more and more like he was making ridiculous demands because he knew Pac and his camp would never agree to them, and than try and spin it. it's not like he doesn't have a history of this. There are other fights out there he could go after against the top welters, and if he doesn' fight Shane he deserves to be ridiculed.

Shane BEEN had a chance for Clottey and just basically said **** Clottey who else? and for the record ****head I KNOW why Berto pulled out, but you mean to tell me there was NOBODY? absolutely NO ONE available? he could have tried to fight Carlos Abregu or something man he could have kept that date with a late replacement..

against Pacquiao Floyd asked for testing that has been proven to be the most effective Performing Enhancing Drug detector in the blood and with random blood testing from this company you can assure the cleanest fight possible in where BOTH fighters will take the SAME tests and lose the SAME amount of blood, in light of the recent cheaters in modern day sports I think it's a fair ask by Floyd especially with a 14 day cutoff period..

Mosley is looking for a big fight and who can blame him? I can't, but then you have to remember he doesn't generate the kind of sales and audience that a Pacquiao or even a Hatton can bring. a fight is a fight ya dig but at a certain point you have to let the money decide how hard your next fight is going to be. Floyd is better off making 8-10 Million fighting Canelo in Mexico and not have to deal with a Shane like fight for the same amount of money and maybe more..

it's an easier job for a bigger pay, now you have to place yourself in his position, would you take a harder job for lesser pay or an easier job for higher pay? the latter is what ANY sane person would pick. if he wants to fight any solid opponent and give us a chance to see him live on HBO again and then fight Pacquiao or take a break, let those hands heal and come at him 110% strong after Pacquiao can be possibly weakened against Joshua who is a VERY solid opponent..

Floyd wants to stay on the side lines and wait for Manny in hopes for a more lucrative fight it's a problem but when Shane who STILL hasn't fought since January 31st last year sits out a whole year awaiting a big fight. we didn't demand Shane to fight a different fight and not wait, right? so why bash Floyd?

well Mr.**** Head where in ANY of my posts in here did I make an excuse? I said it myself I would love to see Mayweather-Mosley but if the time isn't right for Floyd then why fight? when the time wasn't right for Shane he didn't fight, right? so why should Floyd?

it's not an excuse on my part it's an evaluation of both sides and I just agree with Floyd.. I used to bash him back in 07 when I thought he would retire before fighting the whole pool of opponents but he came back to fight them all just on his time, I can't knock him for that because when those fights finally do happen and he wins you'll all be forced to shut the **** up anyway
