The death penalty is wrong, imprisonment, having to live with what you've done is a much bigger punishment.

I agree, it is quite a confusing situation. I truly wonder what happened with the court case? And how about the details regarding the match up? There is some Spanish press on the Morales-Barrios fight, so it would seem to be legit. This story, for example:
