hell no Williams isnt ducking Pavlik he is just punishing him for forcing a fight with Martinez in which he took a beating. So now hes depriving Pavlik the privilege of fighting him even though it would be an easy fight for Paul.

Seriously though he is but its fine since Martinez won that fight he should get the shot at Pavlik. Should be a better fight as it will be a much tougher one for Pavlik.
