This is terrible news to hear. JMM is my favourite fighter and seeing him against Khan at 140 won't be a good thing.

Khan's too tall and much more comfortable with the weight.

Marquez isn't quite the same fighter at 135, and I think he'll be more sluggish at 140 too, which is something you can't afford to be against someone as quick as Khan.

The only upside is that whatever plan Roach puts together to fight him doesn't work due to his ability to adapt and adjust. But it's still an uphill struggle and I can't see Khan losing.

Marquez needs to fight Hatton, I don't understand why he's even considering fighting Khan as he will lose nearly as badly as he did against Mayweather. Khan needs to man up and fight Maidana, HBO want that fight so it's total BS about there not being enough money in the fight. Marquez is too small for 140, I got 100k on Khan if this fight gets made.

Khan should win this, he can follow the stay outside and use your size gameplan Floyd did, although maybe not as well. JMM at 140 may see the opportunities but he isn't athletic enough to capitalize on them.
