He's just doing the same thing Ray Leonard, Thomas Hearns and Mike Tyson did. Fighting on too long and losing to people he shouldn't but in 5 years everyone will still love him.

Noob............hmmmmm.
Ok, genius, saying things like "James Toney was in the worst shape of his life during that fight" puts everything into perspective in regards to your posts up until this point. Carry on elsewhere.Comment

Is a fighters prime not generally the same as his physical prime? I think you are thinking about a fighters 'best' and not neccesarily their 'prime'. You do understand that most human athletes hit their prime at or around 28 and carry on til about 32-35? Sure some fighters get old as it seems, faster, as was the case in Tyson and guys like Hammed, but that doesn't mean they were past their physical primes. I don't think you are really fit to hold a conversation with me here based on our convo so far so just keep your opinions in somebody elses thread.

I didn't see enough of his prime to make that call. But i will always remember jones vs calzaghe as the biggest joke ppv fight in the history of the sport. and its not all his fault, just as much joes but it was like watching two clowns in the ring. I have never been so disgusted with a ppv fight in my life. I think roy may have been a bit overrated but he was still great for the sport when he was in his prime. And you got to respect what a guy has done in the sport, though its tough not to think about what he is currently doing in it.Comment

While I would say that what he does past his prime doesn't affect what he did at his best, it really doesn't look good what he has been doing.
I normally support guys fighting past their prime, but his brutal KO losses to guys like Green and Johnson, that shouldn't be happening to a guy of his caliber.Comment
Go do some research before making a **** of yourself
