Pacman is riched in the Philippines and he could live even 5 times of his life time and still he have money to support him. Now, you said that Philippines is worse that Mexico.. well, might be! The only thing that resounding to my mind is, Mexico's inability to pay his international debt was absolved by the WB decades ago, backed by US. The Philippines so far could still pay her international debt obligation and could still initiate continuing financial restructures and support building massive infrastructure projects regardless of her debt!

I think Floyd knows the difference between winning and winning big which he knows he will do if Pacroid isnt juiced up.
