Really Clottey is going to have to break Pac down and stop him late. Pac does not slow down and he does not finish badly, Clottey is going to have to weather the storm, use his jab to try and keep Pac a little off balance, and focus on the body. Hopefully for Clottey a strong body attack will slow Pac down late and allow Clottey to finish him off, because I highly doubt he takes Pac out early and Pac is too active for Clottey to win a decision. Problem with that plan is Clottey never finishes strong in the big fights, so he's going to have to do it or Pac beats on him and wins a decision.

a damn left hook to pacman's ears. that'll make anyone out of balance.

though pac's head swings down to the ground to avoid those punches so quickly once you see it, there's a cleto reyes saying hello to you

Clottey could win .....with a knife while Pacquiao is asleep.

Clottey wins this by fighting a big man's fight......Jab to keep Manny at a distance and punish him for every step forward he tries.....he has to be ready to fight for 12 rounds and not just 6 or 7 because Manny will be there for 12 strong hard rounds.......Clottey will have many countering chances, he has to be smart and take a few intellgent risks and catch Manny with a left hook.......also he will have to land some leather EARLY and OFTEN to get Pac's respect.......something Cotto failed to do!!......I can see Clottey winning this one big.......but I'm a realist!!......I'm a Clottey fan and will support and maybe even bet REAL money on this if the odds are a win win for me......but I think the books are calling for Manny vs Floyd or Shane.......Manny will win decision even if he gets KTFO ......like I said, I'm a realist!!!......but Clottey DOES have tthe tools to beat Manny IMO........Manny's superior footwork will be the difference maker IMO!!

On paper Clottey has a lot of attributes that will help him to weaken a lot of Pac's best features.

He has a good jab, which he could use to offset Pacs balance and rhythm, as well as keeping him at bay, and building points.

He has a GREAT chin and defence, so a lot of Pacs effort will either be defelcted or won't have effect (or very little effect).

Joshua has brilliant timing and accuracy, so he will be able to pick nice counters and find openings a lot better than previous opponents.

Additionally, Clottey seems to have an under-rated and respectable ring IQ, I think he won't fall for a lot of traps that Pac has set for others. He's not the best technician or anything, but he isnt as daft as you'd think.

On top of that, we always get the "so and so is bigger" which either doesnt factor in much, or isnt that much of a difference anyway, eg. Pac vs ODLH and Pac vs Cotto, respectively. however, Joshua is clearly a much bigger man and is likely to be a lot stronger physically. Also, Joshua does punch well (especially his uppercut) and Pac will be taking shots from and trying to wrestle with a man who has been known to weigh in at 170lbs on fight night. If Clottey can make use of this he will have a great, great advantage.

One final thing too, Clottey seems absolutely fearless - he seems a geuinely brave person and i think that will help him in teh fight.

Clottey does seem to switch off now and then, and he seems to either be on the front foot or the back foot, which are both VERY bad traits to have in a fight against Pac.

If he could become more fluid, mix things up more, and get more active, he'd make a very tought fight for Pac (and everyone else, imo).

just hope clottey's jab will be enough to push pac

if those jabs do not take an effect on pac, he'll be seeing a monster just an inch away from his face
