My take on this is Arum doesn't want the fight to happen since it wouldn't happen in Dallas. He probably has an agreement with Jones to have the next fight of Manny in Dallas. I know that Manny refuse to be held it in Dallas too but Manny can be persuaded unlike Floyd. Manny will fight everyone that his promoter gives to him. If Pac vs. Clottey is a success in gate attendance as there is already an indication that it will, and hopefully PPV too, and if Pac wins, then it would be pretty ****** to not let the fight of Floyd and Manny happen in Dallas.

He wasn't being aggressive. He was just asking a fair question. And Pac responded with a lame answer. Either he is on something or he just doesnt want to fight Mayweather. Either way looks like the blame is on Manny and his camp.
