i think u under estimate juan ma's power and believe it or not he is the better boxer...i think gamboa has more powerI give credit to Lopez for going up in weight and grabbing the belt, but against Gamboa, I aint got no faith on him. Gamboa looks and probably will run over him if the fights happens. We already witnessed what happens when speed and power go against(Cotto, Pac) so, we dont need to see that again......Comment

Agree with you sir.ive been studying that uppercut through out the whole fight.Thats what set up the victory. It was just a matter of time.Comment

Lopez was decent but Gamboa was the star of the night. When those two get in the ring with each other, exciting things are bound to happen!Comment

I'll be real on this, I was much more impressed by Gamboa even though he ko'd a journeyman that was basically one weight class below but I give nothing but props to Juanma for breaking down a pure boxer as well. Make Gamboa vs Juanma!!!Comment

Luevano landed some good shots but his power didnt bother Juanma at all, that was the difference, the right uppercut/cross to put him in trouble was brutally short.Comment

In the final round, one good thing juanma did was shoot a perfect hook to the body after the upper cut.Luevano is all technical,so obviously it took longer to break through.I still favor Juanma against gamboa, only for one reason, and that is after the matgwa fight his mentality has been "defense".And he knows it.I dont put gamboa low though,he's fast and likes to overwhelm opponents.Comment

i gave lopez a tough time for his fight with roger in which i didn't think he looked very good. obviously i was partially right cause gamboa showed us what a top guy should do to that type of fighter with a 2nd rd tko. lopez looked very solid though and i thought it was a really good win for him. this division is shaping up to be really really good. marquez, vazquez, john, gamboa, lopez and hopefully cabellero and rigondeauxComment
