I'm also tired of this 'he would have won' mentality. It's a cop-out.

We can speculate but we can't make blanket statements like: 'he would have won.'

There are so many factors and if's and but's like 'if Nigel Benn connected on Roy Jones he would have knocked him out for a week.' etc etc.

Yeah its a shame non of the above fights happened, Benn-Jones would of been great, as well as Jirov-Jones.

I read that it was Don King that stopped a Jones-Benn fight from happening, he was demanding options on Jones next three fights.

LOL I don't know if English is your second language or not but I can't figure out if your asking what Roy Jones best victory was or who I think could beat Roy Jones. Personally his win over James Toney was my favorite victory, primarily cause Toney is a great fighter who was 45 and 0 at the time and Roy dominated him alot more than I would have expected. I think though if Toney hadn't cut such a ridiculous amount of weight in such a short period of time he would have fared better.

As far as the poll goes, I don't believe anyone on the list could have beaten Roy prime for prime.

Roy Jones was more talented than any fighter on that list. That is not speculation. The TS started a thread for attention and controversy which to me is much more annoying than blanket statements.
