LOL, man. In a real fight (not boxing with padded gloves and a referee) elbows and knees would be devastating. Jones would easily beat Silva in a boxing match. In MMA or the street, Silva would literally kill Roy Jones.

a fight always starts off standing up, and prime jones was very very fast, with everything
i wouldn't be surprised if a prime jones knocked silva out before silva could even attempt to try anything
