I would say GBP knows exactly what they have in Ortiz. I wouldn't be surprised if they decide to move all of their chips over to Saul Alvarez now.

GBP does not know how to develop and bring along a fighter... WTF is this ****? How you go from Antonio Diaz to Hector Allatore? They just suck at matchmaking... That is why they keep stealing other promoters prospects and fighters cuz they can not develop one on there own...

Yeah with sigining of alvarez,khan and kirkland coming out.I think ortiz
could be pushed to the side a bit.Ortiz needs a good fight against a
named fighter to show he's still here.

It seems as if they lost hope on him or that they are trying to move his record up before facing harder opposition

Yeah There a young company tho.I think they will get it right soon.
But they need to get a better matchmaker,He's been doing a poor
job.

Khan had a more embarasing loss and look at where his promoters braught him...i know hes still staying active but fighting someone that is 16-8-5kos is horrible! Especially for a top contender like Ortiz...they couldnt get Koltelnik? Mann this is bad! If he is guaranteed a bigger fight after this then it kinda makes sense
