Oscar showed that speed and skills were the way to beat Tito. Im not sure just how skilled Pac is at 147 though against a guy like Titi. To top that off he'll never be in the ring with a puncher like Trinidad either. I can envision scenerios for both, but I'll go with Felix. Manny hasn't fought anybody of that calber at 147, and if Titohurts him he won't let him off the hook.

I don't think Pacquiao has boxing skills comparable to a prime WW Oscar. Pac may have some success with his speed alone but Tito will eventually connect, he always did at WW.
