Tito by easy KO, he's stronger and hits much harder than Cotto. Pacquiao never felt that kind of power and never will. Trinidad had Hearnesque punching power and underrated boxing skills.
Yes, speed is devastating. But it is not everything.
Pacquiao is fast and can move and there would be times where he is too fast for Tito, but Tito would find the shot and land it, and end the night.
Tito folded guys in half with his power, he could be outboxed, but he is going to hit you with that big shot eventually, and against the 5''6 147-149lb Pacquiao, that is not good.
And plus Manny is not a master boxer guys, he can box but he is primarily a guy that stays on offence and gets hit. He would not be making Tito swing at air or glance off his shoulders all night. He gets hit clean and finished.

Also, Pacquiao isn't even all that fast, people keep taking his high thrown-punch rate and mistaking it for actual handspeed.
