Chambers is the one working with Victor Conte
Yeah when i was 19 i put on 35 lbs of muscle in about 6 months from nothing besides eating more and lifting.
A 6'2 200lb 30 yr old putting on 20 lbs isn't anything difficult, especially when you're a pro athlete and working out/training is your full time job.
he was between 194 -201 lbs in all his CW fights.
He's said 200lbs is his natural weight and talked about how much he had to starve himself when at LHW. Now he said he can eat all his wife's cooking and not have to worry about anything, much happier and isn't walking around hungry still after every meal.Comment

He can eat an unlimited amount food of now that he's at HW, it doesn't hurt that his wife is a hotty too.Chambers is the one working with Victor Conte

20 pounds isn't much.
I put on 14 pounds in one week on holiday in the summer, lol.
Like Adamek can't bulk up healthily when he literally has all the time in the world to do it? feck off.Comment

By the way, anyone got any other recent pics of Adamek? Not that he doesn't look massive in that one, but sometimes single shots can be misleading, especially when a fighter is wearing a T shirt. So long as Adamek isn't too upper body heavy then the extra mass could be very much a good thing.Last edited by nomadman; 01-23-2010, 07:08 AM.Comment

When you put things into perspective like that it's hard to argue.Consider these stats:
After defending his cw title twice in 2009, Tomasz made his debut at hw (he destroyed all 3 opponents) the same year and is fighting roughly three months later against a young and skilled boxer in Jason Estrada. Additionally, he wants to fight again in Q2 2010 against another good opponent. Compare this to David Haye...
David Haye fought twice in 2008; against top ranked contender (at time) Enzo Maccarinelli and gatekeeper Monti Barrett. He fought only once in 2009 in a dismal performance against the feather fisted Valuev. Currently, he's procrastinating his fight with WBA mandatory John Ruiz....
Who's the better fighter? Who seems more committed to the sport and to the fans?...
I'll let you guys be the judge...Comment
