Adamek walks around at 200 and was killing himself to make 175 , to put on 20 lbs with weight training in a guy thats 200 lbs and over 6ft is nothing , with the added weight came a big speed difference .

You people should open your eyes to the Manny situation , its not one thing its a number of things and topped of by Manny running from a simple test that would have ended any negativity towards Manny and cleared his name , he made his own bed he can lay in it .

it would take an idiot to not realize how easy it would be for a guy that's 6'2 and walks around at 200 pounds to weigh 225. i know plenty of people under 6 feet that weight that much for ****s sake.
