I would've been very disappointed had this fight been called off due to that. Mtagwa and Gamboa are two of my favorite action fighters at the moment. It's good that he made weight but this might indicate that a move back up to 130 will be necessary in the future.

Hopefully Gamboa is not over looking him he is by far the best opponent of his career.

I don't know about by far. Darling Jimenez and Speedy Gonzalez are pretty damn good fighters themselves. Mtagwa is tough. Gamboa really is too big for 126. I think he's just there for Lopez, but Arum won't give hm Lopez then he really should just go up 130.

Looking forward to the fight though. It should be a good one.
