Yes is still on, they gave Gamboa till the official weight in to get rid of half a pound

I would've been very disappointed had this fight been called off due to that. Mtagwa and Gamboa are two of my favorite action fighters at the moment. It's good that he made weight but this might indicate that a move back up to 130 will be necessary in the future.
