Reading that interview tells me that Pacquiao is telling the truth, he really just thinks taking blood weakens him. Because in truth, 14 days is plenty of time if he was doping. He would have time to mask it, so if he was really doping he would have no problem with taking the 14 day test, so he isnt doping, he just didnt want Floyd telling him what to do and he didnt want blood taken that close to fight night.

Not necessarily cause he may not know the best methods to mask it and also,Manny contradicted himself in that Brian Kenny interview.And don`t give me that he don`t understand english bullcrap.He understood what Brian Kenny was saying and he answered the question well.


And Pac`s team has lied numerous times also.So those facts make Pac look su****ious.

Right. And he specifically said they would've busted Mosley for EPO. He also specifically said that they didn't have tests (at that point) for certain roids he was taking.

Re-read the article and my post (i saved before i was finished). He was claiming that the NSAC doesn't test for Epo and designer steroids then went on to say they would have cought Mosley. Mosley has admitted to using the cream and the clear, not EPO.

There was not an effective test for the clear until after the time period Mosley was using it (as far as we know) so even if the USADA was testing him during that time, they wouldn't have caught it because THERE WAS NO TEST AT THAT TIME. If he were to use it today, he'd be caught because there is a urine test in use by the USADA and NSAC.

Are you aware that certain banned substances such as HGH must be used in combination with other drugs in order to be effective? Those "other" drugs will be detected by urinalysis.

It is not simple to use HGH for few weeks before the fight. It is troublesome. When using HGH the body also needs more thyroid hormones, insulin, corticosteroids, gonadotropins, estrogens and what a surprise androgens and anabolic steroids. This is also the reason why HGH, when taken alone, is considerably less effective and can only reach its optimum effect by the additive intake of steroids, thyorid hormones, and insulin, in particular.1 These other drugs can be detected by the urine test then NSAC urine test is already enough for this.

I think you should read the article again. He's saying that HIS tests would've busted Mosley for EPO - not the cream and clear. BTW, Conte said he gave Mosley EPO as well.

The person being interviewed said both urine and blood tests (done randomly) are necessary. Do you agree?

No. Reading the article is better than going by rumors and hearsay.

just read it, here's what he says:

Mayweather bent to 'I'll agree to 14 days prior to the event when there will be no blood testing,' and Pacquiao wouldn't go later than 24 days. Even if Mayweather had yielded to 24 days, what can an athlete do in 24 days? I mean, if you're clean 24 days before the fight, what can you do in the next 24 days that would have any impact on the fight whatsoever?

But not blood test.And the best way to catch a cheater like Pac is random blood and urine testing so that way the boxer wont have time to mask it and also they are testing for different types of Performance enhancing drugs some of which can`t be detected by Urine.
