4)Both were never the same after the Loss
    5)Both are done

As much as it pains me to say this,I think it's time for Cotto and Taylor to hang them up for good.Maybe they both can fight once more ,but..... thats it
Both enjoy a high level of respect as Champions because of who they fought (almost every ranked fighter in their weight classes). They have undoubtedly the biggest balls in their weight divisions.

TBH, though, MAC is still in a lot better shape than Jermaine. He can still win against ranked fighters; Jermaine just doesn't have it anymore.

Agree with this, at least until he shows up different in his next fight

Unless he drops his pride a bit and hires a world class trainer who can correct even just a bit his glaring and evident flaws, the blueprint to his defeat is laid out.

He's still our boy, but he needs to wake up. His power seems gone for some reason, I'm not sure if he's facing tougher guys or his latest attempts at nutrition and training have made him seem more fit, but weaker. I know if affects me personally and I'm no athlete currently.

Cotto is taking alot of time off in between his next fight so him fighting Yuri doesnt really matter much.. I think he beats Foreman easily.. But everyone is missing the bigger picture here.. HE NEEDS A NEW CORNER!!.. Santiago is not cutting it... he needs a trainer who will be his trainer not his friend..

I'd be willing to put money that he calls it quits after this yr like he said. he seems to be a man of his word, he always said his goal was to retire at 30, and he seems focused on that.

I respect that. He's got $$$, his health, and a loving family. However, maybe if he does retire (like he says), he'll get the 'itch' in a couple years and make a comeback...

Foreman and Spinks would be 2 good fights for Cotto. Neither will do serious damage to him and Cotto could claim two 154 belts. Then Arum could serve him up JCC Jr. for a big pay day in Mexico City. After those 3 fights and pay days Cotto could go out on his sword against a PWill, Sergio Martinez or whoever is the hot name at 154 at that time.

4 good paydays for Cotto with one risk.
