24/7 Pacquiao Clottey

HBO would be wasting money doing a 24/7 for this fight. Both fighters are boring and would not keep people tuned in for the build up to the fight. If they do maybe cut it down to 2 episodes instead of 4.
What recent fight of Clottey's could HBO show to showcase him to the fans to get interest from the fans in paying money for this fight?

No 24/7 with the Pacman vs Floyd fight off the hook {Two foreigners don't make for good drama in the states} - Plus, like it or not Mayweather is still their {HBO} guy. And with a potential Mosley fight on the horizon, it seems more logical to wait till the dust settles and the contracts are signed before throwing their hat in the arena.

I disagree with everyone. I think the mainstream likes watching Pac's stuff even if its corny sometimes but I think Clottey will be 10x better than all of you think. He has that accent & bit of a language barrier but he's also one of the funniest guys in boxing. He's always dancing and showing off. Plus there is no doubt in my mind that this would hype the fight once people see Pac is facing this big super dark African who has no fear of nothing and looks like a machine. I would love watching Clottey on there

Pacquiao-Clottey would be an incredibly boring 24/7. But it's effective at hyping up a fight and making each fighter look like one of the best in the world. There were people who actually thought Hatton was a threat against Pacquiao or Mayweather.

They should do it if they want to maximize PPV numbers, just be prepared for 1 long episode explaining why Manny is clean.

Hate to say it but a 24/7 would be watered down with Clottey in it. He's a nice guy an all but he isn't a big name. Furthermore, I don't see how anything about him would be interesting enough to call for a 24/7 series.
