It wasn't complicated to say "Mayweather doesn't want the fight" or "Clottey is a good fighter and former WW champion, I believe we can give a good fight on March 13th". As soon as he was asked "Why did the Mayweather fight fall apart?"...Pacquiao said, "There is alot Floyd Mayweather reason UHHHHHH, I believe Mayweather does not want to fight".

Then he says, "I'm not saying I wont submit to WADA style testing, JUST NOT the day before the fight".

then dont set yourself up for failure by putting youreself into a situation that would allow this to happen. mayweather goes on espn and makes an ass of himself and its ****in bulliten board material for weeks, yet pac gives some wishy washy answers and here you are ready to cop pleas for this dude. the fact is, the interview was a mistake on his part and he should have gone about it differently, its not ESPN's job to make sure he understands.
