It wasn't complicated to say "Mayweather doesn't want the fight" or "Clottey is a good fighter and former WW champion, I believe we can give a good fight on March 13th". As soon as he was asked "Why did the Mayweather fight fall apart?"...Pacquiao said, "There is alot Floyd Mayweather reason UHHHHHH, I believe Mayweather does not want to fight".

Then he says, "I'm not saying I wont submit to WADA style testing, JUST NOT the day before the fight".

I don't think he ever fully agreed to WADA style testing to begin with. He's been saying 30, 24 days and just not the day before the fight, since the beginning; he just said he would agree to additional tests.

How can you give the proper answer to a complicated situation if you dont have command of the english language?

If you dont have a good command of the language, your answers will be affected. Ive seen interviews with pac where they ask him the simplest boxing question yet he fails to answer the question at hand & answers it based on his knowledge of the english language.

I agree with you i think the fact that he only start trying to speak english so he can attract more fans in the US. He use to do his interview with a translator. All people that dont use english as a first language always have problem comprehending simple question. Its not that the person is dumb just a language barrier. When I first came to the US I didnt speak english but I learn through the years from time in elementary through college but I still have some trouble sometimes. People dont understand thats its hard to learn another language.
