At the end of the day, as per NSAC's requirement, Manny passed every single test conducted on him. The same governing body that gave green signals to endless numbers of boxers in the past to box in USAa. Boxers both from America and the rest of the world that eventually became stars, HOFs, ATGs. The likes of Sugar Ray Leonard, Hagler, Ali, Tyson, Duran Lewis, Hearns, Chavez Sr, and recent ones like Floyd Jr, Bradley, Berto, Ward et al.

If you think or if you have already decided that Manny is a cheat because he stopped short of giving in to all of Floyd's demand, then by the same logic, you need to brand those past and present boxers as cheats as well. Because none of them have been blood tested before.

      Boxers are all cheat!

no that wouldn't be fine with me, but accusing someone with no evidence and an interview in broken english is not fine, its actually pretty ******.

This is the reason why Pac can't answer the question of what's wrong with 14 days. Its obvious Bob Arum is the one who didnt want to make this fight happen.

Pacquiao clearly has poor English skills, though I can't blame him for that. I wish the interview was in Tagalog with a translator so we can get a clear answer.

When are the Pac defenders going to understand that? It's that he hasn't provided ONE LEGITIMATE reason to not give less than .5% of his blood 2 weeks before the fight.
Because he doesn't have to and it is not the commission that is requiring it but another fighter. In my opinion, it's not because of the testing but because Mayweather is trying to tell him what he needs to do. Didn't Pacquiao already state that if the NSAC require it then he will comply? Some of you need to understand that not all people think the same way and that especially goes if you are from a different culture.

That didn't go well at all. But you all have to realize that Manny's english is pretty bad. So the communication will be pretty horrible. Manny is never going to be able to articulate himself very well in english, the translation and understanding is always going to be off. My family always get a kick after each of Manny's fight interviews because he keeps repeating the same thing and he never answers the questions correctly and sometimes he doesn't even anwer the question at all and says something completely irrelevent to the question. Regardless, that interview did not look good and probably shouldn't have taken place at all.
