Manny Paquaio on why he didn't want to take the blood test [interview]

At the end of the day, as per NSAC's requirement, Manny passed every single test conducted on him. The same governing body that gave green signals to endless numbers of boxers in the past to box in USAa. Boxers both from America and the rest of the world that eventually became stars, HOFs, ATGs. The likes of Sugar Ray Leonard, Hagler, Ali, Tyson, Duran Lewis, Hearns, Chavez Sr, and recent ones like Floyd Jr, Bradley, Berto, Ward et al.
If you think or if you have already decided that Manny is a cheat because he stopped short of giving in to all of Floyd's demand, then by the same logic, you need to brand those past and present boxers as cheats as well. Because none of them have been blood tested before.
Boxers are all cheat!Comment

what didnt u understand ? what i said is that pac doesnt want to prove anything. yes, we dont know for a fact that he's on roids but it seems like he doesnt really cares about clearing his name. and in this interview he sounds like he has no influence on things.. we know that pac isnt informed about the supplements hes taking now he has no idea about wether or not he'd want to fight mayweather..Comment

It is a bad situation for him though, because the only one who can prove to Floyd that he is clean (during training),is refusing to do so through a more effective means. Most people would show more initiative than Manny and do the damn tests during training.I refuse to believe he will be weakened as he says.At best,it is a psychological issue, and at worst he could be hiding something. His excuse for Mayweather "bullying him" seems silly as well, especially if he feels he is a warrior himself.I've never heard supposed "tough guys" complain about being bullied by someone they feel they can beat-it's absurd, and even worst about being "bullied" to show your honesty in the ring-he is either overly sensitive or b.s.In fact,if anything-Manny was the "bully" in the negotiations demanding (and receiving) every whim he craved.
For me,If faced in this scenario, it is easier to take the random blood test during training (or a 14 day cut-off- Floyd's ONLY request in the negotiation process), get the largest legacy and money fight, etc than it is wasting time and energy in a court case that I can lose...I am not sure why he believes this "resistance" can improve his situation if his reputation has truly been tarnished (I don't believe his rep has been tarnished or validates a case)
Though he is not guilty, people need to understand that "not guilty",does not mean innocent and are still vulnerable to scrutiny or su****ion.Right or wrong, that is just the way society is-anything else is ideal.Comment

This doesn't matter. The dummy who uses circular logic will demand you prove it but turn down the tests using that same reasoning.Comment
