No. Mosley is taking Mayweather's tests because he wants a big payday and because he admitted to cheating in the past. It only makes sense for him to accept Mayweather's terms.

But Mayweather will likely put more emphasis on getting Pacquiao to go by his drug testing standards because Mosley accepted (assuming the Mosley fight happens).

coz in my mind no professional athlete should say no to any kind of official drug testing...it just doesnt make any sense
