It should. Mosley accepted in literally ONE day. That makes Pac look bad. It just shows you that the blood testing is not a big deal as Pac has made it out to be. Its a simple testing.

I dont think it would put any pressure on PAcquiao. Pacquiao has been talkin with his fists for the last 2 years. I do think that pacquiao will fell silly not accepting the tests though.

This fight isn't going to happen, it's a ploy. Floyd will never fight a man that can take that 0 away from him. He'll never fight a natural welterweight.
