    Will Mosley's stock rise?

I don't think Shane is going to beat Floyd. If he did though, how much would his stock rise as an all time p4p fighter? I don't have a p4p list that goes that high, but I'd imagine him being ranked between 60 and 70 or so at the moment. Would he crack the top 50 if he beat Mayweather?

It's pretty much the best scalp you can pick up in boxing of recent years so it'll be a great boost to his record, especially considering he's past his prime

Its 1 of the 2 best wins he could get really.....so yeah, if he beats Floyd then all of this talk about him being at a point where he needs to retire stops completely.

He would def be top 50 if he beat Mayweather and top 40 if he beat Pacquiao. Now he probably is in that top 100 im guessing

I don't think Shane is an ATG fighter. He was a very good HOF fighter but not ATG.

Obviously Shane raises his reputation by dealing Floyd a loss. But he doesn't need that win to be an ATG. I don't see this as a historical fight, just a fight for the top spot at 147 lbs.

                    Absolutely.

You could make the case that all of his losses were against much bigger guys (winky & forrest) and that he actually won the cotto fight.

I don't think it will happen though. I don't like the long ass layoff and I still think he's not as good as he once was, even though his margarito fight was brilliant.

If shane were to beat mayweather it would have been 5 years ago or more.
